Some RHET Countryside Initiative areas are running their own version of Count & Grow, please contact your local coordinator to find out if your area is involved.

RHET are pleased to still be able to offer teachers the Count & Grow downloadable workbook as a maths and numeracy based resource to accompany growing potatoes with children in the classroom.
This contains a number of activity sheets from weighing and measuring activities to business enterprise activities and all have been appropriately linked to Curriculum for Excellence. PLEASE NOTE that there is no national project or 'heaviest weight' competition this year.

These activity sheets are not designed to be overly prescriptive; they can be ‘dipped into’ to suit desired learning outcomes.
