Our partnership training equips practitioners with skills, knowledge and confidence of Scotland’s food and drink sector.
We will help you understand the relevance of STEM and sustainability across the farm to fork chain, provide tools for classroom use and deliver up to date information on employer skills and progression pathways in this dynamic and exciting sector.

|Join us for a day at the Rowett Research Institute where we will be looking at the science and technology used in the food and drink industry.
Over the course of the day we will run some hands-on experiments that will be easily translated into a learning environment.

Run in partnership with National food education providers and industry this event will demonstrate the science and technology involved in the farm to fork process: the skills required by employers, the relevance of STEM curriculum subjects to different careers and progression pathways and career routes available in this dynamic and exciting sector.
During the session we will also take a tour round the distillery and find out more about the STEM involved in the industry
