Self-employed Approx 40 hrs per month
Stirling, Falkirk & Clackmannanshire

We’re looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual with a passion for the rural industry to support RHET’s work across the Forth Valley, to facilitate opportunities for young people to learn about food, farming and the working countryside.

This flexible, home-based role involves coordinating farm visits and learning experiences, working closely with schools, volunteers and local partners. You will work alongside an existing Co-ordinator already in post, as well as the local RHET committee.

The contract is for approximately 40 hours per month up to November 2026 with the possibility of extending from December 2026. The role is seasonally variable due to school demand. You will organise digital and in-person farm experiences and classroom talks, as such it would suit an applicant living in this geographical area.

You must be a team player, excellent communicator, organised, confident in IT and will work closely with local volunteers, coordinators and the national network of RHET.

The closing date for submitting a separate CV and covering letter is 5pm 1st May 2026 to [email protected]. Interviews to be held at United Auctions, Stirling w/c/ 11th May 2026. Successful contractor will be required to undertake a PVG Disclosure Scotland check.
